Hey guys.

After almost a years and a half I am finally coming back to this blog again.

2015 wasn’t a good year for me at all. For the first half of the year, all the bad things that could happen, happened, and for a while I lost all aspirations to blog or to do anything enthusiastically. The second half, well, I started interning at a fashion brand in London, full-time, so I didn’t have the time to do anything fun in general.

Thế là sau gần 1 năm rưỡi, cuối cùng mình cũng quay lại viết blog.

2015 là một năm khá tệ với mình nên mình gần như mất toàn bộ hứng thú để viết blog hay làm bất cứ thứ gì một cách tâm huyết trong suốt một khoảng thời gian dài. Và từ hè 2015 mình bắt đầu đi thực tập full-time ở một hãng thời trang ở London nên cũng không có thời gian làm gì hay ho cả.

This time I won’t promise that I will be updating regularly, but I’m sure I will not bail out on it for a long time either because I’ve finally found a reason for doing this, aside from having a hobby.

Lần này mình sẽ không thề non hẹn biển là viết blog đều đặn thường xuyên nữa, nhưng chắc chắn mình sẽ không bỏ bê một thời gian dài như vừa rồi, vì bây giờ mình đã có lý do để viết blog mà không chỉ là sở thích nữa.

About the blog new look:

Apart from the brand new look, I have chosen a new name for it! I didn’t want to have numbers in the name anymore, even though the old name is already too familiar to put away *cry*

Ngoài việc thay đổi theme mới sạch đẹp hơn, mình cũng đã quyết đinh chọn tên mới cho blog vì để tên có số nhìn không đẹp lắm, mặc dù cái tên cũ đã quá thân thuộc với mình hiuhiu

And the new name is (drumroll please): Antidote-Bunny!

Và cái tên mình quyết định chọn là “Antidote-Bunny“!

‘Antidote’ just came to me out of the blue after a long time scrutinising what name should I pick, and it just felt right. Partly because I see this blog as my antidote to life, but mostly because it just sounds right to me really. And since ‘Antidote’ is too generic, and nothing seems “me” enough without ‘Bun’, ‘Bunny’ or ‘Rabbit’ in it, hence the ‘Bunny part. Haha.

“Antidote” nghĩa là thuốc giải độc. Sau một hồi đau đầu không biết chọn tên gì thì cái tên “Antidote” tự nhiên nảy ra. Một phần khiến mình chọn nó là vì mình coi trang blog này như antidote của mình, nhưng chủ yếu là vì nghe nó hay thôi hihi. Và tất nhiên là nếu không có gì liên quan đến thỏ là đã không giống Bun rồi nên phải thêm “Bunny” vào.

Language:

This time I will try my best to write both in English and Vietnamese for every post, since most of my readers are Vietnamese after all. Honestly since I’m studying in the UK right now, I don’t have to write in Vietnamese for anything longer than 5 sentences, so my Vietnamese is all weird and awkward right now, that’s why I’ve mostly written in English on Instagram and all.

Lần này mình sẽ cố gắng viết tất cả các post bằng cả tiếng Anh lẫn tiếng Việt vì dù gì follower của mình cũng chủ yếu là người Việt. Mấy năm nay mình viết trên Insta các thứ đều bằng tiếng Anh vì thực sự là ở bên này chả mấy khi mình phải dùng tiếng Việt để viết gì quá dài cả, nên bây giờ văn tiếng Việt của mình bị lủng củng buồn cười lắm đâm ra ngại dùng. Nhưng mình sẽ cố.

Things I will write about:

I actually wrote an entry in 2015, but deleted it shortly after because it was simply a rant that I shouldn’t make anyone read, and also because it didn’t fall any of the categories I have made for this blog haha.

Unlike before, I won’t write about trivial stuff that will bore both me and you, the readers.

I will probably make polls from time to time to see what you guys would like to read/know. Based on what people have been asking me over the past 2 years through Instagram and Ask.fm, I can tell that it’d mostly be beauty/fashion related stuff and studying Fashion in the UK. I’ve answered questions about these hundreds of time already but honestly it’s hard for people to dig out my Ask.fm to find the answers too. It’d be better to have a link to the answers I can attach when a question pops up (meaning a blog post).

Từ giờ mình sẽ làm polls để các bạn có thể vote đề tài bạn muốn đọc/biết từ mình. Dựa vào những gì mọi người hỏi trên Insta và Ask.fm thì phần lớn thắc mắc là về chăm sóc sắc đẹp, shopping và học Thời trang ở Anh. Mình trả lời các câu hỏi về những vấn đề này nhiều lắm rồi, nhưng cũng khó có thể bắt các bạn đào cái Ask.fm của mình lên để tìm câu trả lời nên tốt nhất là mình sẽ viết thành các blog post và gửi link mỗi khi có ai hỏi.

Other than that, I will also continue to write about travelling, food, places etc. and adding relationship to the topics.

Ngoài ra mình vẫn sẽ tiếp tục viết về du lịch, ăn uống, chỗ vui chơi v.v… và thêm mục relationship vì cũng khá nhiều người hỏi.

My first post after this will be my experience over the past year interning at a fashion studio in London, what has been happening in my life and what have changed. I guess you could tell I’ve changed quite a bit based on the writing tone lol. It’s been almost 2 years after all.

Sau bài này mình sẽ viết về kinh nghiệm đi làm một năm vừa rồi và có những gì thay đổi về mình, vì dù gì cũng gần 2 năm rồi, ai theo blog mình lâu dài thì chắc đọc cách mình viết cũng sẽ thấy mình có ít nhiều thay đổi.

I will post update about new blog posts through Instagram and Facebook, so make sure to check back some time haha
